The role requires an active pharmacist license, a PharmD/BS degree, and 2+ years PBM experience, with strong communication and independent-work capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience.
• Experience in customer service, call center and prior authorization required.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote, high-volume call center environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of clinical pharmacists handling phone escalations, prior authorizations, and clinical programs outreach.
• Set goals and regularly review performance of direct reports with coaching as needed.
• Train staff and onboard new clinical pharmacists, including developing policies and procedures.
• Analyze data with leadership to inform staffing, workflow, and system enhancements.
• Provide on-call support for after-hours pharmacist/clinical programs and emergent calls.
