Humana, Inc. is seeking an UM Administration Coordinator 2 for home health to handle telephonic member/provider interactions and support utilization management requests.

The role centers on intake, processing of authorization cases, and documentation across multiple systems in a remote setting. You will manage high-volume calls, prepare letters, triage mail, and collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining HIPAA-compliant practices.

Competenze

• 1+ years of administrative, technical support, customer service, or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to provide customer service and intake support through high-volume inbound telephone interactions
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, document interactions, and process information
• Must have access to high-speed internet for a home office
