Humana is seeking a Remote UM Administration Coordinator to provide administrative support for utilization management programs and processes. You will review information, maintain records, perform data entry, and coordinate communications with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will follow policies and procedures, prioritize workload, and collaborate with team members to support care delivery for members, all while operating under general supervision and meeting performance

Formación

• Experience providing administrative, operational, customer service, or technical support in a professional environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
