Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of experience in an administrative support capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, including typing and data entry.
• Ability to learn new systems (proficient to advanced).

Responsibilities

• Manage NLPs for chart reviews for the nursing team.
• Build and pend authorizations for review.
• Perform inbound and outbound calls to engage providers and members.
• Request clinical information from providers/facilities.
• Create written correspondence and determination letters.
• Collaborate with multiple roles, departments, providers, and team members.
