Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process inpatient admissions and discharge notifications and authorizations.
• Coordinate with hospitals, case managers, and health plans for timely reviews.
• Maintain accurate records in the utilization management system.
• Support transitions of care and post-acute service coordination.
• Respond to provider inquiries and ensure documentation completeness.
• Escalate urgent cases to clinical staff when needed.
