Caselle, Inc. is seeking a dependable Utility Billing Analyst to support and manage utility billing operations for assigned customer accounts. You will handle recurring billing cycles, data review, and onboarding customers to print and mail services, including form exports and bill design.

Responsibilities include reviewing bills for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining documentation. Travel is limited to on-site engagements 10–15% annually with remote or office-based flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to learn utility billing processes, rate structures, customer-specific procedures, and software workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned utility billing customer accounts and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customer-specific billing processes.
• Run recurring utility billing cycles for assigned customers, including data review, rate calculations, adjustments, and due dates.
• Review billing data and system results for accuracy before bills are finalized, printed, mailed, or distributed.
• Follow billing calendars, procedures, and quality-control standards to meet customer deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to obtain files, approvals, and inputs needed to complete billing cycles.
