SRS Acquiom Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Designer to craft clear, usable digital experiences for client-facing and internal products. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate needs into user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces.

This role suits someone with strong UX/UI fundamentals and a curiosity for complex workflows, offering hybrid work from Denver or remote options across the Continental United States.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience in product design, UX design, UI design, or related field.
• A portfolio showing your design process, UX/UI fundamentals, and ability to solve product problems.
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Interest in applying AI-assisted tools within the design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for product features.
• Collaborate with senior product designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and goals.
• Apply design system standards to delivery-ready designs and refine patterns for consistency.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up design workflows while maintaining UX quality.
• Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and stakeholder conversations.
• Prepare organized design files and handoff materials for Engineering.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Generate and explore multiple concepts and stay adaptable during testing.
• Build knowledge of products, users, and business over time.
