Job summary

Foundever seeks a P&C licensed Operations Manager to lead remote insurance services teams in the United States. You will drive performance across multiple centers, coach frontline leaders, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

The role requires a current P&C license, 3+ years of ops management experience in insurance-related settings, and a track record of improving service levels and profitability in high-volume contact centers.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
• 3+ years of Operations Manager experience in Insurance Contact Centers, BPO, CX Operations, Insurance Agency Operations or similar environments.
• Experience leading leaders (supervisors, team managers, coaches) and managing service levels, quality, productivity, attendance, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple insurance operations teams in a remote, US-based setting.
• Develop bench strength and succession plans for leadership roles.
• Drive key metrics: service levels, CSAT, productivity, attendance, compliance, revenue and profitability.
• Partner with Workforce Management and Training to maximize efficiency.
• Prepare and present operational reviews and drive client escalations to resolution.
