Ideal candidates have 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong QuickBooks skills, and a track record of maintaining clean financial records for U.S. entities, all in a fully remote setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including at least 2 years for a U.S. company (required).
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks (required).
• Proven experience with detailed categorization and financial cleanup (required).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping across all accounts.
• Ensure transactions are correctly categorized in QuickBooks.
• Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms.
• Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Track and manage cash flow and provide liquidity insights.
• Prepare structured financial reports for internal use.
