Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to support a U.S.-based agency. This role is remote from Latin America with training in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate has P&C experience, especially auto and homeowners, and is willing to complete Texas licensing if needed.

You will interact with U.S.-based customers, sell insurance, and work toward sales targets in a high-volume environment. Advanced English is required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines (Auto/Homeowners).
• Experience communicating with U.S.-based customers in English.

Responsibilities

• Sell Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance to U.S.-based customers.
• Focus on Auto and Homeowners Insurance.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and other channels.
• Explain quotes, coverage options, deductibles, and policy details.
• Guide customers through sales and policy-binding steps.
• Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records.
• Meet sales, conversion, and activity targets.
