Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative seeks an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to support a U.S.-based agency. You will sell Auto and Homeowners insurance to U.S. customers, working remotely from Latin America.

Licensing to Texas is preferred but not required at start, with training in the U.S. This is a fast-paced, commission-driven role with growth potential for strong performers. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in insurance sales, strong Personal Lines knowledge, and excellent English

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance sales experience.
• Strong Personal Lines knowledge.
• Experience with Auto and Homeowners insurance.
• Proficient English (advanced).
• Able to work with U.S.-based customers.
• Willing to obtain Texas license.
• Valid U.S. visa.
• Remote work from Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Sell Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance to U.S.-based customers.
• Focus on Auto and Homeowners insurance; other personal lines as needed.
• Communicate with prospects by phone, email, and other channels.
• Explain quotes, coverage options, deductibles, and policy details.
• Guide customers through sales and policy-binding processes.
• Follow up with leads and prospects regularly.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, and sales data in systems.
• Meet individual sales, conversion, and activity goals.
• Comply with insurance regulations and licensing requirements.
• Complete Texas licensing if not already licensed.
