• Proven experience leading large US payroll implementations or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and Time & Attendance processes and systems.
• Experience in payroll data migration, integrations, testing and cutover.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project governance capabilities.
• Experience within international or multi-country programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US payroll and Time & Attendance implementation workstream.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, payroll, finance, IT and external vendors.
• Oversee payroll data migration, system integrations, testing and validation.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs and reconciliation activities.
• Manage country-level cutover, go-live readiness and hypercare.
• Maintain project governance, reporting and RAID logs.
• Ensure alignment with the wider global payroll transformation programme.
