Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance and resolve issues or concerns.
• Handling customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborating with other departments such as sales or technical support to resolve complex issues.
• Providing product or service information to customers as needed.
• Identifying and escalating issues that require additional attention to the appropriate departments.
• Keeping up-to-date with product or service changes and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
• Following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance standards.
