Maintec Technologies is seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the US market. This remote, full-time role requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding IT professionals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of US IT recruitment experience, strong knowledge of work authorizations, and proficiency with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter. You will build pipelines and collaborate with clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience with US work authorizations (e.g., H1B, OPT, EAD).

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Negotiate rates, salaries, and employment terms with candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Work on employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Track and manage candidates using ATS.
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to meet client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
