Job summary

Global Fund for Children in the United States is seeking a Manager, Institutional Partnerships – US to grow GFC’s institutional funding by leading fundraising and relationship development within the US philanthropic market.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Institutional Partnerships, the manager will manage a portfolio of US-based institutional donors, identify new foundations, and coordinate with global program teams to align opportunities with GFC's priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and manage donor relationships within US philanthropy.
• Strong communication and writing skills for donor-facing materials.
• Ability to translate program impact into funding opportunities within foundations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow US institutional funding.
• Manage a pipeline of US institutional donors and prospects.
• Lead donor meetings, briefings, and cultivation opportunities with senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Development to align grant delivery, reporting, and renewal planning.
