Job summary

Prison Fellowship International seeks a Director of Institutional Partnerships to lead and expand its foundation and institutional fundraising across cash and in-kind contributions. The role drives a multi-year pipeline, cultivates major funders, and partners with Global Impact, Finance, and Development to maximize outcomes and sustainability.

The position oversees strategy, governance, reporting, and compliance while building a strong grants ecosystem, donor stewardship, and scalable processes

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success securing, renewing, and expanding institutional and foundation grants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a foundation-first institutional fundraising strategy.
• Own institutional revenue performance including cash and Gifts-in-Kind revenue.
• Lead proposal development, budgets, and reporting with finance and program teams.
• Oversee CRM entry, dashboards, and grant calendars to ensure compliance and renewals.
• Build and lead a high-performing institutional partnerships function.
