Job summary

INCO seeks a Fundraising and Partnerships Officer to expand its global funding pool, with a focus on US-based corporate philanthropy and foundations. You will report to the Global Head of Partnerships and drive donor outreach, proposal writing, and budget development for multi-country programs.

You will build and nurture relationships with US donors, identify new funding opportunities, and maintain a robust donor database while coordinating with program teams to align funding with impact goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or sales for an international company.
• Proven success in securing funding for projects.
• Existing relationships with US-based donors is a strong asset.
• Strong writing and editing skills for compelling proposals.
• Effective communication with diverse partners and donors.
