Job summary

Amgen seeks a Director of US HCP Marketing for IgG4-RD to lead the UPLIZNA launch and shape the commercial strategy across rheumatology, gastroenterology, nephrology and neurology.

You will partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access and Global Marketing to build a high-performing team, drive performance, and translate insights into market-leading plans.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing experience; OR
• Master's degree and 7 years of marketing/commercial experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of marketing/commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated US HCP marketing strategy for UPLIZNA in IgG4-RD, translating launch priorities into objectives and execution plans.
• Shape annual brand planning, long-range planning, and performance management for the IgG4-RD indication.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing IgG4-RD marketing team and manage budgets and agency partners.
