Job summary

AC Lion Digital Executive Search is seeking a VP of Marketing focused on Consumer Data & Identity DaaS. This remote role with travel requires leading demand gen, ABM, product marketing, and brand to drive pipeline and revenue in a data-centric ad tech environment.

You will shape GTM strategy with CRO and Sales, define messaging, run integrated programs, and build a high-performing team. A strong track record in data-driven marketing and budget management is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership in AdTech, MarTech, Data-as-a-Service, SaaS, digital media or related sector.
• Track record of go-to-market strategies that grew pipeline and revenue with sales leadership.
• Depth across demand generation, ABM, product marketing, digital marketing, sales enablement, and brand.
• Fluency in the ad tech ecosystem, including audience data, identity resolution, and measurement.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including budget ownership and ROI-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation end to end, accountable for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Shape go-to-market strategy with CRO, Sales, and Product, including target markets and buyer segments.
• Run integrated programs across ABM, digital, events, partnerships and customer engagement.
• Define positioning and messaging for data, audience, identity and measurement solutions; lead launches.
• Lead brand, content, PR, awards and speaking; elevate visibility of CEO and senior leadership.
• Manage marketing budget and build reporting tying investment to results.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
