Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Benefits Specialist (Contractor) to drive timely and accurate U.S. Open Enrollment programs. You will lead cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, Communications, and external vendors, ensuring compliant, streamlined enrollment experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
10+ years in U.S. benefits administration with Open Enrollment leadership.
Experience handling mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, TSA deliverables.
Strong knowledge of benefits processes, compliance, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and administration of annual U.S. Open Enrollment.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, communications, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across HR, Payroll, Communications, and vendors.
Oversee enrollment configurations, eligibility, testing, data integrity, and integrations.
Create communications, trainings, webinars, and manager resources for engagement.
Provide guidance on employee benefit inquiries and enrollment activities.
Support integrations related to acquisitions, divestitures, and TSA commitments.
Monitor vendor performance and identify process improvements.
Deliver analytics and enrollment metrics to Total Rewards leadership.
