Qualifications

• 1+ years of Bench Sales / US Staffing experience.
• Hands-on marketing of bench consultants to Tier-1 and prime vendors.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and vendor coordination.
• Experience using major portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn and networking groups.
• Ability to negotiate rates and understand contracts.
• Experience in interview scheduling, follow-ups, and closures.
• Ability to format and market resumes per vendor requirements.
• US shift availability (evening hours).

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to vendors and end clients for open requirements.
• Search and analyze requirements from job portals, vendor groups, and networking contacts.
• Use portals such as Dice, Corp-Corp, Monster, CareerBuilder, Net-Temps, JobServe, ComputerJobs, and LinkedIn.
• Match consultant skills, experience, location, and rate expectations with suitable requirements.
• Share job requirements with consultants and submit resumes based on their availability and comfort level.
• Highlight key skills and format resumes professionally as per vendor standards.
• Coordinate with recruiters and vendors to negotiate billing rates as per management guidance.
• Handle the end-to-end bench sales process: sourcing requirements, resume submissions, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and closures.
• Set up and coordinate interviews between consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Follow up post-interviews to ensure quick placements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 and Prime Vendors.
• Call prime vendors, present consultant profiles, and support account development.
• Negotiate contracts and rates based on location, duration, and market demand.
• Maintain records of submittals, rate confirmations, interview status, and closures.
• Track start and end dates of consultant assignments and project extensions.
• Proactively manage consultant roll-offs (minimum 2 weeks in advance).
• Prepare updated resumes for rolled-off consultants and re-market them efficiently.
• Maintain daily and weekly activity reports using MS Excel.
• Maintain database of active, bench, and rolled-off consultants.
• Work closely with prime vendors to avoid middle layers and improve margins.
