This field-based role requires travel within the territory, with a focus on establishing and expanding key accounts in the Dallas region. Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience.
• Experience selling products/services to private and public sectors preferred.
• Experience working with distributors and retailers is desirable.
• Experience in continence, critical care, ostomy, or wound care fields is a plus.

• Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned products and territory.
• Develop and implement strategic selling initiatives with key business partners.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and tailor solutions.
• Deliver ongoing education and clinical support to customers and healthcare professionals.
• Manage tenders, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze market and sales data to identify opportunities and maximize accounts.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and business plans.
• Travel within territory (30-50%) and attend product launches.
