ABC Medical in the United States seeks a Territory Manager for the Urology market. This field-based role focuses on establishing and growing relationships with key urology accounts to meet and exceed sales goals.

The territory covers Chicago, IL, with candidates residing in the Chicago metro area. You will meet targets, develop strategic plans, educate healthcare professionals, and collaborate with distributors, retailers, and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related sales experience.
• Experience selling to private and public sectors; knowledge of distributors/retailers.
• Experience in continence, critical care, ostomy, or wound care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for assigned products and territory.
• Develop and implement strategic selling initiatives with key business partners.
• Pursue relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct needs assessments and tailor solutions for customers.
• Provide education and clinical support to customers and healthcare professionals.
• Manage tenders, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Travel frequently within the territory (30-50%), including overnight travel.
• Prepare sales forecasts and business plans; participate in events and product launches.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and outcomes.
