Job summary
Tolmar is seeking an Account Manager Urology/Oncology to cover a remote territory with residency in the greater Pittsburgh area. You will develop business plans, build relationships with physicians and health care providers, and drive Tolmar product adoption through training and ongoing customer service.
The role requires two+ years in B2B sales (preferably urology/pharma), excellent communication, and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related field.
- Two or more years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the urology industry.
- Pharmaceutical/buy-and-bill sales experience preferred.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to drive company car with valid license and good driving history.
- Reside centrally within the territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain territory business plans and maximize sales.
- Call on health care providers and organizations within assigned territory.
- Promote Tolmar products and manage customer relationships.
- Provide training and ongoing customer service for Tolmar products.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM data and analyze territory performance.
