Job summary

Tolmar is seeking an Account Manager Urology/Oncology to manage a remote-in-territory role focused in the greater Philadelphia area. This full-time position requires residency in the Philadelphia region and involves promoting Tolmar products to oncologists, urologists, nurses, and related healthcare providers.

You will develop territory plans, drive sales, train customers, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related field.
• Two or more years of successful B2B sales experience (urology/oncology experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with targeted physicians and healthcare providers.
• Call on health care providers within designated territory and promotion of Tolmar products.
• Provide training and ongoing customer service, negotiate contracts and support purchasing decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM data and report territory performance.
