Qualifications

• Urology or Gynecology experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and adapt to change.
• Proven ability to influence peers and communicate across a broad org.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth in defined markets.
• Train Net New Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice.
• Pivot to Total Practice including SP for Urologic Procedures.
• Build a robust data set showing clinical and economic value.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on market development activities.
