Job summary

Included Health is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Delaware with multi-state licensure to provide virtual comprehensive care across ages. You will join a high-volume Urgent Care/Primary Care setting, delivering care remotely with flexible evening/weekend shifts and a strong focus on access to quality care.

The role requires FNP certification, active NP and RN licenses, and 3+ years in urgent or primary care. Preference for 5+ state licenses and telemedicine experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
• Active NP license with RN licensure in state requirements
• Current FNP certification through AANP or ANCC
• Active RN compact license
• Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years post-training in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care
• Experience delivering care to newborns through adults
• Ability to work within an integrated medical practice
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Maintain Medicare status in good standing

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
• Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients
• Request consultation or referral with other providers when appropriate
• Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Stay current with clinical best practices and evidence-based care
• Provide cross-coverage for tasks such as reviewing lab results
• Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends
