Job summary

Included Health is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in New Jersey to deliver virtual comprehensive care for patients of all ages. The role requires 3+ years in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care and multi-state licensure.

Responsibilities include virtual exams, diagnoses, test interpretation, and collaborative care with teams. Remote-first culture with strong benefits and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited FNP program with clinical focus.
• Active NP license with RN licensure in NJ and multi-state licensure preferred.
• National certification as FNP (AANP or ANCC).
• Experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions across lifespan.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans.
