Job summary

Included Health is looking for board certified Nurse Practitioners to deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Ideal candidates will have a passion for improving healthcare access and hold multiple active state licenses. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in high-volume urgent care or primary care settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
• Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan.
