Job summary

Clasp is hiring a University Partnership Development Associate to build and manage a portfolio of university partnerships, targeting program directors, career services, and financial aid offices. The role blends high-volume outbound outreach with strategic relationship building and campus engagement to expand Clasp opportunities for students.

You will travel up to 40% occasionally, visit campuses, attend career fairs, and collaborate with Marketing on assets to boost distribution and student

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in outreach, business development, partnerships, or higher-ed engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, storytelling and persuasion.
• Strong relationship-building with school administrators, program directors, and career services contacts.
• Organized and data-fluent; able to use CRM dashboards to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one calls with school administrators, program directors, and career services contacts weekly.
• Execute daily outbound outreach to schools and programs to build new distribution partnerships.
• Create plans with schools to share Clasp opportunities with their students and follow through to distribution.
• Execute campus visits, career fairs and virtual lunch & learns.
• Maintain accurate records of all school and student interactions in CRM.
