Job summary

Techgrit Solutions India is seeking a Unity XR Tech Lead to steer the architecture and delivery of VR/AR training experiences for Meta Quest 3. You will lead a small team of Unity developers, artists and QA, set engineering standards, and stay hands-on to shape an enterprise-grade platform for a national network.

You'll own the headset application direction, collaborate with backend teams on data flows, and drive performance, security, and release readiness while communicating options clearly

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Unity development experience with XR apps.
• At least one shipped Meta Quest application.
• Strong C# and Unity architecture skills.
• Experience with OpenXR, Meta XR SDK, or XR Interaction Toolkit.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the Unity application on Meta Quest 3, covering VR and pass-through AR experiences.
• Define coding standards, project structure, code review practices, and performance budgets for the XR codebase.
• Design reusable Unity components and plugins to accelerate development of training modules.
• Collaborate with backend and web engineers on scoring, session data, and user event flows between headset and platform.
