Job summary

TeamPeople is seeking a full-time XR Specialist to join our clients’ Burlingame offices. The role involves leading the XR team in design and creation of bespoke XR experiences, integrating Unity/Unreal workflows, and driving innovative XR technologies across projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in XR production, strong Unity/Unreal skills, and the ability to mentor teammates while coordinating with stakeholders. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of XR production experience.
• Experience leading creative projects in XR environments.
• Strong knowledge of Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Ability to mentor teammates and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and creation of bespoke XR experiences and projects.
• Drive innovation of XR technologies aligned with production goals.
• Develop XR content for experimental and traditional workflows.
• Explain XR concepts effectively to technical and non-technical clients.
• Train colleagues on XR capabilities to enhance projects.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of multiple XR service projects.
