The ideal candidate will have insurance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years customer service in a call center, preferably insurance.
• Fluency in Spanish is a must; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from policyholders and agents with professionalism.
• Assist with underwriting inquiries, policies, and procedures.
• Review submissions and assist with underwriting decisions.
