• Experience working cross-functionally with business, product, and technology teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies in underwriting workflows.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
