Job summary

Remote work is available nationwide in the U.S., with in-office requirements in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. four days a week for those locations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product/portfolio strategy or related leadership roles.
• 10+ years leading enterprise strategy in complex, matrixed orgs.
• 5+ years with payer/provider markets and healthcare economics.
• Experience governing end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
• Proven ability to align diverse teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 15–25%.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI as a core driver of product strategy and team performance.
• Define multiyear portfolio strategy with market priorities and growth vectors.
• Translate payer/provider needs into actionable portfolio priorities.
• Shape interoperable solutions across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Set standards for ideation, discovery, and evidence-based validation.
• Recommend investment decisions and partnerships based on value and impact.
• Drive cross-platform coherence while preserving stand-alone propositions.
• Establish commercialization readiness standards and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to fund roadmaps and market execution.
• Lead governance with transparent tradeoffs and risk assessment.
