The role supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with in-office requirements in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. four days per week for applicable locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years in product strategy/leadership roles with AI, analytics or digital transformation experience.
• Experience leading AI initiatives from strategy to execution with healthcare focus.
• Proven ability to launch and scale AI-enabled products for providers or health systems.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio leadership: define AI solutions portfolio and roadmap aligned to strategy.
• Go-to-Market enablement: equip sales with narratives, positioning, and references.
• Support delivery: lead client meetings to translate capabilities into business value.
• Innovation intake: translate research into commercial offerings with partners.
• Pricing and commercial discipline: develop pricing strategies and guardrails.
• Partnerships and ecosystem: manage external partnerships, IP, privacy, and compliance.
• Performance management: set and track portfolio growth, profitability, and impact.
