Qualifications

4+ years of underwriting-related experience in underwriting operations, insurance product, consulting, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in underwriting workflows: risk evaluation, decision-making, or supporting underwriting professionals.
2+ years of experience identifying business problems and translating into workflow, product, process, or tech opportunities.
Experience working cross-functionally with business, product, and technology teams to evaluate options and feasibility.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to synthesize information.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies in underwriting workflows.
Willing to travel up to 10%.
