CRC Group is seeking an Underwriting Analyst to support underwriters by gathering data, performing preliminary risk assessments, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role emphasizes collaboration with brokers, agents, and internal systems to drive efficient underwriting workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 0–2 years of experience in insurance or underwriting support, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Insurance, Business, or a related field is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in insurance, underwriting support, or a relevant analytical role.
• Exposure to property and casualty insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review underwriting data from brokers, agents, and internal systems.
• Perform preliminary risk analysis using established guidelines and rating tools.
• Prepare proposal summaries and coverage comparisons for underwriter review.
• Assist with policy issuance by validating data accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and track submission status ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding information.
• Maintain organized records and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
