The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 0–2 years of experience in insurance or underwriting support, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Insurance, Business, or a related field is required.
  • 0–2 years of experience in insurance, underwriting support, or a relevant analytical role.
  • Exposure to property and casualty insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and review underwriting data from brokers, agents, and internal systems.
  • Perform preliminary risk analysis using established guidelines and rating tools.
  • Prepare proposal summaries and coverage comparisons for underwriter review.
  • Assist with policy issuance by validating data accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and track submission status ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding information.
  • Maintain organized records and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
