Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an Underwriting Analyst for a remote role in the United States. The role focuses on advanced support for underwriting operations, data analysis, and policy processing to aid risk evaluation and decision making.

You will compile data, review documents for accuracy, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure compliance with standards. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in underwriting, insurance operations, or a related support function.
• Exposure to property and casualty insurance industry processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze underwriting data to support risk assessments.
• Prepare and review policy documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure adherence to corporate underwriting standards.
• Assist with the review of submissions to identify missing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records in underwriting systems and databases.
• Conduct research on market, industry trends, and competitor insights as required.
• Generate and distribute underwriting reports to stakeholders.
