Job summary

Navtech, Inc. seeks an HR Technology Partner to lead the Kronos to UKG Pro WFM migration, coordinating with stakeholders and aligning timekeeping with Workday HCM and US Payroll for about 15,000 employees.

The candidate will partner with CEI teams, develop test scenarios, support UAT, and assist in change management and rollout. Requires 6+ years in HR tech and Hands-on UKG Pro WFM/Workday experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or related field
• 6+ years of HR tech experience
• UKG Pro WFM and Workday experience
• Experience with timekeeping and system integrations with Workday

Responsibilities

• Document timekeeping business requirements with stakeholders
• Act as SME for Workday-UKG integration
• Understand end-to-end integration between Workday HCM/US Payroll and UKG Dimensions
• Support UKG configuration by technology partners
• Develop test cases for system testing and UAT
• Lead or participate in system testing and issue resolution
• Support change management and rollout activities
• Provide Hypercare support
