Job summary

D2B is seeking an Outbound Sales Agent (Appointment Setter) for a 100% remote role targeting UK customers. You will perform high-volume outbound calls, identify energy-efficiency needs, and secure qualified appointments for UK-based consultants.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in outbound sales or appointment setting, flawless English, and strong CRM and communication skills. A performance bonus structure rewards successful conversions to sales by the UK team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Flawless spoken and written English.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Able to operate in a remote, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective UK customers using a cloud-based dialing system.
• Present the company’s premium product portfolio in a professional, consultative manner.
• Qualify opportunities by identifying energy-efficiency needs and pain points.
• Hit a daily target of at least 2 booked appointments for transfer to UK field sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer data.
• Participate in regular training and team alignment meetings.
