Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is recruiting for an Outbound Sales Advisor. This fully remote role offers a base salary of £25,506 with an average bonus of up to £7,000 per year and clear progression opportunities. You will work 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with remote or hybrid options and 33 days leave plus benefits.

You will contact potential customers, understand needs, and guide them to suitable packages while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Two 15minute breaks and a lunch break are included in your working day

The Role

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will contact potential customers to understand their needs, introduce suitable products, and recommend the most appropriate package.

Using your communication and sales skills, you will:

• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 12 months continuous?experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years
• Experience in direct-to-customer sales such as telesales, telemarketing, contact centre sales, or a similar high-volume sales environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A resilient, driven attitude and genuine motivation to achieve targets

This is a 37.5-hour per week contract, operating Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 7:00pm.
