Job summary

Reel Recruit Ltd is seeking a self-employed caller for a 3-month contract to support outbound B2B campaigns. This fully remote role requires logging calls, booking meetings, and hitting daily targets. Expect 100+ calls daily, with performance bonuses and onboarding provided.

You’ll work from a quiet home setup with a reliable internet connection. Start as soon as possible. UK or US hours will depend on the campaign.

Qualifications

• Cold calling or telesales experience, B2B preferred.
• Fluent, clear spoken English.
• Your own laptop, headset and a stable internet connection.
• A quiet place to work, free of background noise.
• Dialler, CRM, data and scripts all provided.

The job is simple. Call businesses from a list we give you. Get the right person on the phone. Book them in for a meeting. Log it. Next call.

100 plus calls a day. Most calls are a no. The people who do well here are high energy, thick skinned and like being paid for results.

What you’ll do
