Job summary

Olo, a leading restaurant technology provider, offers a fully remote role within the UK for an experienced Implementation Manager. You will guide brands through integration projects, collaborate with PMs, technical specialists, product managers, support, and leadership to ensure smooth customer experiences.

You will manage complex client relationships, provide expert troubleshooting, and drive process improvements while advocating for product enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing customer relationships, project/account management, or integration implementation experience.
• Strong problem-solving and self-management toward deadlines.
• Experience with Asana, Jira, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Zendesk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of product and platform integration projects with evolving objectives, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Provide expert-level product understanding, advanced troubleshooting, and customer training on integration best practices.
• Advocate for product enhancements, resolve bugs with external partners, and act as a point of escalation.
