Job description

• Guide new and existing restaurant brands as they join the Olo Platform or expand their tech stack.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager, Implementation and contribute to the Engage Suite evolution.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead execution of a portfolio of implementation projects with varying levels of complexity.
• Champion customer needs and provide troubleshooting and support during implementations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Specialists, Product Managers, and Support teams.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• 3+ years managing customer relationships, project or account management, or integration implementation work.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate for customers and create excellent customer experiences.
• Experience training customers on product best practices and solving problems using available resources.
• Fully remote role within the UK with flexibility to work from anywhere.
• Preferred experience with Asana, Jira, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Zendesk.
• Ability to be on-call after-hours or weekends as business needs arise.
