Cortex is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline and generate qualified opportunities. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver new business opportunities and exceed quotas in a remote UK-focused role.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales, strong prospecting and communication skills, and experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach.io. Eligible for equity, remote hours, and a learning stipend.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a sales related environment.
• Strong track record of performance.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach.io.
• Solid skills in cold calling, prospecting, researching and qualification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Aufgaben

• Hit and exceed monthly quota.
• Deliver qualified meetings and generate sales qualified opportunities with quality.
• Accurately forecast weekly and monthly performance results.
• Collaborate with the BDR team to improve systems, tools and processes.
• Collaborate with AEs to multi-thread and generate new outbound opportunities.
