Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, with significant US-based roles.
• Full lifecycle recruiting with strong sourcing and pipeline management.
• Proven track record proactively sourcing high-caliber talent for priority roles.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on with Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, and LinkedIn."
• Experience using AI tools for sourcing and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruitment for U.S.-based startup roles from sourcing to offer.
• Proactively build talent pipelines for high-priority GTM and delivery roles.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and requirements.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate experience, skills, and fit.
• Maintain hiring data and pipeline progress in the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience throughout the process.
