IXL Learning seeks a Professional Learning Lead to manage a small team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists in Texas. You will oversee PD and district implementations, work with districts to support their IXL adoption, and directly manage a subset of district accounts.

The role is remote within Texas with opportunities to travel. You will need strong leadership, organized planning, and excellent communication, and you’ll collaborate with sales to strengthen

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a professional development team.
• K-12 teaching experience.
• Experience building and developing teams focused on implementation support and PD.

Responsabilités

• Stay informed on statewide initiatives affecting Texas K-12 schools and align IXL implementations with districts.
• Create and maintain a positive culture that drives performance and outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales to grow customer relationships in Texas.
• Partner with district leaders to design and implement professional development plans.
• Travel to support districts and observe team members, up to 60% during peak season and 40% otherwise.
• Observe PD and provide actionable feedback to the team.
• Analyze data to drive decisions and plan next steps.
