A passion for education technology and strong organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school or district administrator or extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an IXL implementation expert for large districts.
• Create and implement professional development plans for districts.
• Build relationships with district leaders and educators.
• Travel in West Texas to provide hands-on implementation support.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making regarding implementations.
